The Program Savings Documentation manual is a comprehensive list of the cost and savings associated with the installation of individual energy efficient measures.  The energy and demand savings represent typical measures and are assumed to be the savings that would occur at the customer's meter.

 

This manual is updated annually and submitted by UI and CL&P as part of their annual Conservation and Load Management Plan.
